NOTICE

Because of the “space issue” in our foyer, special ministry event displays will take place in the all-purpose room. A table may be set up on Sunday morning in the all-purpose room, but must be taken down that Sunday so the all-purpose room can be used by other groups during the week. Thanks for your cooperation.

Relay for Life

Barb Cressy (757-9904) and Lynn Parker (843-3324) are both on teams for the Relay for Life we are selling luminaries for $10.00 each (in memory of or in honor of) and feet for $1.00 each. Please contact either of us in support of The Relay. Thank You for your support!

Meal Service

Meal Service for May is Kari Hallead. Please call her at 843-8954, if you are in need or know of a need for meals due to childbirth, hospitalization, or other concerns. Alice will then contact the family's small group and map out a meal plan. If they are not in a small group, other arrangements will be made.

Testimony Request

If God has ever spoken to you and you would be willing to write a testimony about it, Pastor Rick would appreciate hearing from you. Maybe God spoke to you through a message, through reading a Bible passage, through another person, or in a still small voice. Please submit it in the next few weeks.

Power Lab VBS 2008

Photos Needed

We are in the process of revamping our church's website and would like to add more photos than we currently have. If you have any photos from church functions (small groups, baptisms, youth events, Promiseland, etc.) that you might like to share, please put them on a CD and put them in Tracey Chapman's mailbox. In addition - if anyone would not like to have a picture of themselves on the website, please let Tracey know as well and the photos will be appropriately screened. HELP FEED THE HUNGRY

West Michigan Child & Family Leadership Council and other local agencies are seeking individuals to help distribute food to local families in need. Volunteers are needed the third Tuesday of every month from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Cornerstone Baptist Church's Parking lot. The food distribution is done outdoors, so dress appropriately . Please call Megan Maltbie at 845-1723 to volunteer.
